| Help make Lion House rolls and other fine bakery products for the Lion House. This is a very physical job. This person will pull large quantities of dough from a huge mixer on a continual basis. The person must also stand on their feet for the entire shift. We offer a unique environment, smoke-free and alcohol-free, no Sunday work. Various days Monday through Saturday. Shifts start at 2:00 AM. Some days the person might work until 9:00 or 10:00. Everyone stays until the work is done. Up to 30 hours a week. No experience necessary but we are looking for someone to work year-round. |
Duties: |
| Baking Lion House rolls. Keeps station clean and sanitary. A crew of 3 people is expected to produce a batch of 1750 rolls in one hour.
Must be 18 or older due to Department of Labor regulations. We are skilled at training people with the right traits and talents. Good dexterity required. Successful applicants are expected to obtain a valid food handler permit. Neat and clean in appearance, able to communicate in English with employees, able to move 50 pounds, must abide by Temple Square Hospitality Corporation's 100% smoke-free policy.

| TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB, you will need to come to a Group Informational Interview. This will take about 30 minutes and is done according to the following schedule:

If you do not attend one of these group informational interviews, you might not be considered for a job.
These will be held on the 9th floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building which is on the Northeast corner of South Temple and Main Street.
Parking is located down a ramp in the center of the street on South Temple. You need to be traveling west, on South Temple between State Street and Main Street to enter. At the bottom of the ramp turn right. We will validate your parking.
