Shift: Must be Available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm for variable shifts
Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm

SUMMARY
Manage and oversee group room blocks for all incoming groups.
| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure groups are situated before they arrive providing an enjoyable stay.
Provide customer service and relations.
Block rooms according to contracts and track various data accurately, data entry and room block changes.
Coordinate with Sales Team to create group rate codes and packages.
Bill cancellation fees and attrition fees.
Enter all rooming lists and update all rooming lists according to group contact’s needs.
Track group pick up and attrition on a weekly basis.
Set up billing routing for groups and individuals in a group.
Be in contact with group coordinator to communicate cut off and attrition dates.
Assist in compiling weekly and monthly production reports.
Attend pre-conference meetings and answer resort wide inquiries or direct inquiries to the correct departments.
Assist other departments with various projects, including reservations.
Develop extensive knowledge of accommodations, amenities, resort, events and programming.
Effectively communicate Sundance knowledge to all contacts.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Support and participate in environmental programs associated with position: minimizing waste, recycling, energy conservation, purchase and use of sustainable products, education on environmental ethic, support vendors with similar ethic, decrease pollution levels, minimize the use of toxic chemicals, restore wild life habitats.
DRESS CODE
Sundance recognizes the impact that our image has on the guest’s impression of the resort and the perception of our ability to provide professional service to our clientele. In order to best promote a positive, professional image that meets Sundance guest’s expectations, employees are required to dress in a professional, conservative fashion that is appropriate for their area. Please use the following as a minimum standard:
All aspects of the Personal Appearance policy (SPL#50) must be in compliance.
Reservationists are required to wear nametags at all times while on duty.
Clothing must be unwrinkled and clean, and in good condition (no rips, tears, or frays regardless of whether accidental or fashionably placed).
Blue jeans are permitted.
Appropriate skirt length is from the knee to the ankle.
Tank tops, halter tops, tube tops and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
Sleeveless shirts are permitted for females.
Bare midriffs are prohibited.
Shorts are not permitted.
Dress sandals are permitted for females.
Flip flops are prohibited in all areas.
Tennis shoes are acceptable if in good condition.
TShirts (long or short-sleeved) only allowed if they have the Sundance logo on them.
Hats are not allowed.
Reservationists must be dressed in a way that would be appropriate for face-to-face interaction with a Sundance guest at all times.

| Qualifications: | QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have customer service experience.
Must be detail oriented and have great customer service skills.
Must have phone sales experience.
TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have proficient computer abilities and be able to type 40 words per minute.
Must be proficient with a ten key. Must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and electronic mail. Gain proficient knowledge of Delphi and SMS.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Must speak, read and write English accurately and fluently.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
